I’m Calynda, it’s a pleasure to virtually meet you!

In today’s world it is common for people to be searching for ways to get relief from pain.

Watching physical, mental and emotional pain evaporate is a miracle to witness! That is what gets me out of bed every day. In hindsight, I believe that my personal battle with anxiety and panic attacks had a purpose. 

The lessons I was forced to learn on my own healing journey have become the tools I use to help others facing their own health crisis.

In my mission to get relief from pain and regain my own health, I was blessed to meet many amazing people: experts, healers, coaches, mentors, clients, friends and heroes! 

Those connections I’m happy to share with my clients when it is what works best for them

Journals of a Loved One by Calynda

In 2016, I wrote Journals of a Loved One after losing my dad to lung cancer because it gave him a voice when he lost his. 

That journey isn’t easy on anyone involved. 

Getting a  diagnosis in a timely matter is critical because it gives you the power to fight harder, faster! 

Being diagnosed with “I think it is” or “I don’t know” is not helpful and it usually doesn’t help get relief from pain.

How can you fight when you don’t know what you are at war with? 

Holistic Therapy with Calynda

The body is complex and simple all at the same time. 

It works if you can give it what it needs and get out of the road. I learned the body remembers what the head forgets. 

Most people spend more time ignoring their bodies than listening to what it really needs… because “want” trumps the “work”. 

Eg. You want to eat the treats when the body want the nourishments or you want to sleep when what is needed is to MOVE! If we don’t move we seize up. When emotions get added to the mix, it can make things extra challenging.

Here’s how I can help if you’ve got stuck…

Physically – I help people get rid of their aches and pains naturally without the risk of side effects by stimulating reflexes in the hands, feet, ears and face using reflexology.

Mindset & Business Development

MentallyI help people weighed down with stress break free from their emotions (without needing to talk it all out) by detecting the emotions tied to old memories and releasing them for good with emotional reflexology (in-person only) and emotional detox sessions (available by distance).

Careers – I help adults get certified as Canadian Reflexology Therapists even if they have not taken classes in decades so they can also help people get rid of aches and pains naturally.

Emotionally – When mindset has you stuck in a pattern you keep repeating whether it be at home, work or play, I help detect and release that pattern so a new habit can be formed within 90 days and you can get on track to reaching your goals.

I made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping others overcome their emotional challenges, so they get back to the life they really want to live!

My uncle and I
Calynda was forced to figure out how the body systems work together naturally after losing her uncle to lung cancer. Battling a health crisis of her own in 2009 left her feeling like she was existing with excruciating pain rather than living the life she wanted.

The Healing Journey

There is a process involved with helping your physical, emotional and mental being get to a place that it is willing to let go of the past so healing can begin and you can get relief from pain. 

It took almost two years, wondering most days if I would make it to the next day, with countless appointments totaling over 6 figures to find a way to restore my health. Settling for surviving was never an option, I wanted to thrive

Pivot From BS by Calynda

In order to reach my goals, I have a daily journaling routine that I use to stay on track an focused. Goals are set for every 90 days. In 2019, I released “Pivot from BS”, the 90 journal so others could use it too. I know what you think BS stands for. That’s actually the symptom to the cause of most people’s problems. 

When you adjust the beliefs systems the BS symptom usually disappears too.

The next book I’m excited to release to the world is “Your Mindset Matters!”. It’s all about seeing things from a different perspective. It’s my heart on paper to help anyone that needs to pivot and enjoy the little things in life… because they really are the big things. Agree?

Why does mindset really matter? That’s simple. It impacts everything: health, career, environment, relationships, energy levels, emotions, finances, motivation and rejuvenation.

How do you know if mindset is not in alignment with your goals? There is something in your life you “wish” would be different. No matter how hard you try, it always seems to stay the same. 

That’s the quickest way to know that there is something below the surface that needs a little tweak.
